Warkworth Netball Club
Warkworth Netball Club is all about giving our community the chance to play netball. We are all volunteers, super passionate about the game. We’ve got teams for boys and girls in primary school (yrs 1-6), plus adult teams too.
We can’t do it on our own, but with the support of our sponsors, coaches, and managers, we can make this club awesome together!

What we offer
Junior Netball
We offer junior netball for children in primary school years 1–6. We predominantly enter teams in the Tuesday afternoon competition in Warkworth, which is run by Netball North Harbour.
For the 2026 season, if there is sufficient interest, there will also be an opportunity to enter teams in the Saturday morning competition in Wellsford, run by Netball Rodney Centre. Both junior competitions begin in May and run through to mid–late August.
Senior Netball
We offer senior netball for adults of all ages. We enter senior teams in the Friday evening competition in Wellsford, run by Netball Rodney Centre, which is played on recently upgraded courts. We aim to cater for both competitive and social teams within this competition.
For the 2026 season, we will also be entering a competitive team in the Netball North Harbour competition at Northcote, with games played on Saturday afternoons. This team will be selected through trials.
NB - We currently do not offer teams for those years 7-13 as these are provided through Mahurangi College.
Umpires
We are always on the look out for umpires for both of our junior and senior games. If you're a keen umpire and would like to join our club, let us know. Or if you'd like to learn to umpire netball, email us for more information.
